After recently sharing the news of our expansion into Norway and the launch of new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) services, we are equally excited to extend our presence to Finland, further solidifying our position in the Nordic market.

Opening an Office and Expanding Our Team

With our growth in Finland, we're excited to welcome Aapo Nissinen as our Sales and Business Development Director, marking our first local representation in the country. Aapo brings over 10 years of experience in the IT field, with a strong focus on developing IT partner ecosystems with different software vendors. Before joining Scandic Fusion, Aapo spent the last two years at SAP as a Partner Business Manager, where he played a key role in business and partner development across the Nordics and Baltics.

Aapo's expertise spans across different angles of data & analytics field, e.g., customer facing sales and partner ecosystem development, making him an invaluable addition to our team as we expand our services and presence in Finland. With his background in working closely with customers, business partners, and other IT ecosystem players, Aapo is well-equipped to lead our efforts in this region.

A Strategic Presence in Finland

Expanding into Finland represents a crucial step in enhancing our ability to provide personalized and effective collaboration with our Nordic clients. While we have built a strong foundation with our long-term clients in the Baltics, our work with Nordic companies has grown significantly. In 2023 alone, nearly half of the 124 projects we completed were with clients from the Nordic region.

The rise of remote collaboration has allowed us to successfully execute projects like Vaisala's strategic shift to SAP Cloud and PGS's transition to Google Cloud. However, we understand that nothing replaces the value of local presence and face-to-face interactions. By establishing a regional office in Finland, Helsinki we are better positioned to meet the unique needs of our clients, ensuring more tailored and effective solutions.
