Scandic Fusion has become our one stop shop for all Business Intelligence related questions. Together with Scandic Fusion we built our data warehouse and analytics environment from ground zero. They handled all phases of the project - architecture, development, testing and deployment - applying best industry practices, while carefully considering our own specific business needs. We chose industry leading tools- Google Cloud Platform, DBT and Power BI. Scandic Fusion's extensive knowledge of these tools allowed them to deliver a solutions that matched our hybrid custom model - having data warehouse on cloud, but analytics environment on premises. Despite having many moving parts in the final data flow, the infrastructure is stable and low maintenance. Since project launch, we have successfully onboarded different business stakeholders - operations, finance, marketing and others. With each stakeholders` onboarding Scandic Fusion allocated a specialist with the relevant experience and business expertise to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Alongside their great technical knowledge, they also went the extra mile to understand our business model and they find ways to communicate complicated concepts in a straightforward manner.
