Architect Lead for Analytics Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analytics Architecture: Design, develop, and optimize data warehouse and lakehouse solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
• Integration Skills: Lead the integration of diverse technologies, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across platforms.
• Business Acumen: Understand and align architectural strategies with business objectives, delivering solutions that drive value and support growth for our clients.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to deliver comprehensive solutions.  
• Sales Process: take active part in crafting compelling proposals that align closely with client needs, showcasing the value and innovation Scandic Fusion brings.
• Independent Work: Manage and execute projects independently, demonstrating initiative and accountability in achieving project goals.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Keep pace with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a trusted advisor in data analytics architecture to stakeholders and gather requirements, present solutions, and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Warehouse Architect with hands-on experience in designing and implementing data warehouse solutions.
• Strong integration skills with various technologies and platforms.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently, demonstrating leadership and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data modeling, ELT processes and SQL.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and BI tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Finnish is a plus.
• Need a residence permit for Finland.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
